1. Definitions & Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between two parties:
- You (the User): the individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
- Storiza (“we,” “our,” or “us”): which may also be referred to as Storiza Networks, Storiza Hosting, or simply Storiza.
These Terms apply to your use of our website (storiza.com), any related subdomains, associated platforms, servers, and mobile applications, as well as any connected media or services.
Storiza is operated under a registered freelance license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, authorizing its business operations.
By accessing or using any Storiza website or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Any additional policies, guidelines, or documents published on our platforms from time to time are incorporated herein by reference.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms periodically. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised. By continuing to use our Services after such updates are posted, you accept and agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms each time you access or use Storiza Services to remain informed of the applicable conditions.
By using our websites or services, you acknowledge that a binding agreement is established between you and Storiza. Logging in, accessing, or using the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only use Storiza Services with the permission and under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf before you access or use the Services.
- Storiza will not provide compensation or refunds for service interruptions resulting from, but not limited to:
- Scheduled maintenance announced by Storiza.
- Performance issues or failures of your own equipment, software, or applications.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: actions of government authorities, war, civil unrest, sabotage, embargoes, natural disasters (such as fire, flood, or earthquake), strikes or other labor disputes, disruptions or delays in transportation, or outages/delays in telecommunications or third-party services.
- Violations of Storiza’s policies or Terms by the user, which may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Delayed or failed payments by the user.
3. User Representations
By accessing or using any Storiza website or service, you represent and warrant that:
- Accuracy of Information – All information you provide during registration or while using our Services will be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update such information as necessary.
- Legal Capacity – You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and will comply with these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent before using Storiza Services.
- Account Use – All accounts are personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share your account or login credentials with others.
- Access Methods – You will not access our Services through automated or non-human means (such as bots, scripts, or scrapers) except through official Storiza-provided APIs.
- Lawful Use – You will not use Storiza Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, nor will your use violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Consequences of Misrepresentation – If any information you provide is false, outdated, misleading, or incomplete, Storiza reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict current or future access to our Services, and deny service at our discretion.
- Data & Projects – You acknowledge and agree that Storiza may access, copy, modify, or delete files, projects, or content stored on its infrastructure when necessary to enforce policies, maintain security, or manage resources.
4. User Registration
By registering an account on Storiza, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
- You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Storiza reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, restore, modify, or reclaim any account or related information at any time.
- All registration details you provide must be true, accurate, and complete. Supplying false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
- You will not create multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotions, bypassing restrictions, regaining access after suspension, or attempting to abuse or exploit Storiza systems in any way.
5. Service Expiration
When your subscription or service term ends:
- Storiza reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete your services and data without further notice.
- No compensation or refund will be provided for expired or terminated services.
- Renewal must be completed before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted access.
6. Prohibited Activities
By using Storiza websites or services, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited actions:
- Fraud & Misrepresentation – Attempting to deceive or mislead Storiza or other users, including but not limited to trying to obtain sensitive account information such as passwords.
- Security Violations – Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with Storiza’s security features or protections that prevent unauthorized access, copying, or use of content.
- False Information – Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading details during registration or while using our Services.
- Abuse & Misconduct – Defaming, disparaging, or otherwise harming Storiza’s reputation or services, or misusing support channels (e.g., filing false reports or sending fraudulent payment claims).
- Unlawful Use – Using Storiza in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Unauthorized Framing/Linking – Embedding or framing Storiza’s website without explicit permission.
- Malware & Harmful Content – Uploading, transmitting, or attempting to distribute viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code, including excessive spamming, repetitive posting, or actions that disrupt the user experience.
- Automated Access – Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts, or similar) to interact with Storiza systems, except through officially provided APIs.
- Copyright & Ownership – Removing copyright notices, proprietary rights, or attempting to impersonate another user or individual.
- Data Harvesting – Uploading or transmitting tracking tools or data collection mechanisms such as spyware, cookies, pixel tags, or similar without authorization.
- System Interference – Creating unnecessary load, disruption, or interference with Storiza’s websites, servers, or connected networks.
- Harassment – Harassing, threatening, or intimidating Storiza staff, agents, or other users.
- Access Restrictions – Attempting to bypass technical measures designed to limit or prevent access to parts of the Services.
- Reverse Engineering – Copying, altering, decompiling, reverse-engineering, or otherwise attempting to extract source code or functionality from Storiza’s platforms or services.
- Unauthorized Automation – Using or developing automated systems, bots, or tools to interact with Storiza beyond permitted search engine or browser use.
- Unauthorized Data Use – Collecting usernames, email addresses, or other information from Storiza users to send unsolicited messages or create fake accounts.
- Competitive Misuse – Using Storiza’s Services or content as part of a competing business, or for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
- Account Misuse – Selling, transferring, or sharing your Storiza account with others.
- Resource Abuse – Consuming Storiza’s resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, etc.) in an abnormal or abusive manner, as determined at Storiza’s sole discretion.
- Service Misuse – Engaging in prohibited activities such as DDoS/DoS attacks, unauthorized network testing, insecure file hosting, penetration tools, or cryptocurrency/mining activities on Storiza servers.
Storiza reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate services if any prohibited activity is detected.
7. Limitation of Liability
Storiza may retain certain data you submit through our websites or services for the purpose of managing and improving performance. While we perform regular routine backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining and securing your own data and for any activity carried out under your account or within our Services.
You acknowledge and agree that Storiza shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or damage to data you provide, nor for any consequences arising from such loss or damage. By using our Services, you expressly waive any right to bring claims or actions against Storiza related to data loss, corruption, or unavailability.
8. Network Security
Users may not use Storiza’s networks, servers, or infrastructure in any way that attempts to bypass authentication, compromise security, or gain unauthorized access to any host, account, or system. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Accessing data not intended for you.
- Logging into a server or account without express authorization.
- Attempting to crack passwords or probe other networks for vulnerabilities.
- Violating the security policies of any organization.
You must not interfere with, disrupt, or cause harm to any system, host, user, company, or device connected through Storiza’s networks. This includes, but is not limited to, deliberate attempts to overload, crash, or otherwise impair a host or network.
Storiza will fully cooperate with investigations of suspected security breaches, including working with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Users found to be violating system or network security may face suspension, termination, civil liability, and/or criminal prosecution.
9. Payments
- You may purchase services at any time through Storiza’s official website, provided that the service is available for sale.
- Renewals can be made at any time while the service is in “active” status via your account dashboard.
- You are strictly prohibited from using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods (including credit cards, bank accounts, or digital wallets). Any violation may result in service termination and legal action.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds may only be considered under the following condition:
- A confirmed service outage caused by Storiza lasting more than 12 consecutive hours.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to review the service details or description before purchasing.
- Suspension or termination of service due to violations of Storiza’s Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
- Services that have expired or been removed due to non-renewal.
Alternative Option:
- Customers may request to exchange their purchased service for another Storiza service, provided that a support request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase and approved by our support team.
